List of Different Camps Organized by us

  • Organized a camp on Osteoporosis at Barra Hospital, Kanpur in 1998 with the support of Dr. A. K. Agrawal, M. S. (Ortho). 83 Patients attended this camp. Dr. A. K. Agrawal & Dr. Manisha Agrawal examined the patients and answered questions of the patients and other individuals who attended the camp.
  • Conducted two camps on Anemia, Osteoporosis at St. Loreto School, Lucknow with support of Dr. Santosh Sawhney, MS (Gynecology), Dr. Jyotsana Mehta, MS (Gynecology) & Dr. Rajesh Mehta, MS (Ortho). Medicines were distributed to the people who attended the camps. 847 Patients attended this camp.
  • Organized a big and very successful camp in Jaidpur, Barabanki on HIV/AIDS. Our team checked the patients using HIV Test Kits and examined their urine samples. Medicines were also distributed to the patients in need. Dr. Deepika Sinha played a major role in the success of this camp by contributing her time and using her contacts in pathologies to provide us with assistance in several onsite medical tests we conducted. The Chief Guest at the camp was Ms. Abosede O Sunmakinwa, World President, HFSO. The camp was a resounding success with 2500 people attending the camp.
  • Organized Doctors Awareness Program on Hypercholestrimia and Hypertrigliceridemia in Budhsen Sweet House. 59 doctors have attended this camp and attested to the need of organizing more such camps.
  • Organized Camp on every Wednesday at the clinic of Dr. A.C. Shukla in Anandpuri, Kanpur. We distributed free iron capsules to the patients in need.
  • Organized a camp on Anemia, Lungs Disease, and complications related to Children and Oral Diseases in Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. Dr. Pankaj Srivastava, MBBS, DMCH & Dr. Shraddha Srivastava, BDS participated in the camp and contributed their one full day at the camp by examining the patients from 8:30 AM in the morning to 7:30 PM in the evening. We once again distributed free medicine to the 350 individuals who attended this camp
  • Conducted an awareness program in Cardiology in which the senior Cardiologists instructed the General Practitioners on how to manage emergency in heart events. The cardiologists also gave a presentation on how to effectively read an ECG repot. The program was conducted for 2 hours a day for one full week. Approximately 125 physicians from different localities of Kanpur attended this program.
  • We organized a camp on "World No Tobacco day" i.e. May 31 at Bada Chauraha, Kanpur. We interacted with the public & communicated the hazards of tobacco (any form). The program was supported by Dr. Shraddha Srivastva. This camp was a huge success with 800 - 1000 people visiting the camp. The camp was also covered by the local media and Mr. J.R.S. Gaur, who is the Secretary and founding member of the organization spoke to local TV channels explaining the purpose of the camp and the mission of Janani the Mother Welfare Society.
  • Tobacco awareness camp at Meerpur Cantt, Kanpur. We designed a format through which we are giving indirect message to the tobacco consumers. We explained to the attendees the risks associated with tobacco usage. We also discussed the symptoms of oral cancer and what are the best preventive measures to take.
